To complete your reservation of an apartment, you will have to pay a deposit of £5,000
There's an administration fee of £299 + VAT applicable to all purchasers.
Upon exchange, 10% of the property purchase price is required. Exchange is required to take place six weeks after your solicitor receives the contract pack from our solicitor.

To qualify for this Offer you need to have entered into a reservation agreement with Tollesbury House by 31st March 2023
The financial Incentive that will be given to you will (subject to the following terms) equates to the aggregate of the mortgage payments that you are due to pay to a maximum of up to 10 monthly mortgage payments.
Calculation based upon a Tollesbury House apartment valued at £245,000 with the customer securing up to a 95% LTV mortgage over 40 years, using a 5-year fixed at 5% interest mortgage product. The initial monthly payment for 5 years would be £1,122, then 418 monthly payments of £1,418 at a variable rate of 6.99%. The annual percentage rate of charge would be 6.5% £300,000 with the customer securing up to a 95% LTV mortgage over 40 years, using a 5-year fixed at 5% interest mortgage product. The initial monthly payment for 5 years would be £1,374, then 418 monthly payments of £1,769 at a variable rate of 6.99%. Costs to be paid on a one-off basis – product fee of £999 and valuation fee of £100.

The total financial Incentive will not exceed 5% of the agreed sale price of the property* (disregarding this Incentive and disregarding any other financial incentives and/or additional sums you agree to pay for finishing touches and extras).
The Incentive will be calculated on the basis of the actual mortgage offer that you intend accepting (we will need to see evidence of the projected payments from your financial advisor or lending institution).
